David “Dave” Fernandez is an experienced trial attorney with over 15 years of insurance defense and 4 years of criminal litigation experience involving automobile, PIP, medical malpractice, first party property, product, premises and workers’ compensation claims. Dave has conducted several civil and criminal jury trials to verdict and over 100 non-jury trials. He has also successfully argued before, and authored briefs in, Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal.
Dave is a member of the Florida Bar and has practiced in numerous Judicial Circuits throughout Florida.
Dave earned his undergraduate (B. S. in Accounting) and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Florida.
